The Season of *You* Retreat

You know that story you’ve been telling yourself.

The one you’ve repeated in your head hundreds of times.

The one that’s not serving you.

The one that’s holding you captive.

It’s time to release that story, that fear, and that trauma.

There is another path you can take. You don’t have to stay stuck here.

But in order to create a new, life-giving story, you have to let the old one fall away.

This could be a relationship, a job, a habit, an identity, or a way of being in the world. Whatever it is, I know it’s hard to let go of.

Grieving over what we need to release is natural.

But the release is also beautiful and makes space to be revitalized.

Just as the trees remind us every autumn when their leaves turn gorgeous shades of orange, red, and yellow, there is a natural time to release and allow things to fall away to make space for the new that is to come. In fact, those leaves remind us that letting go is not only natural but breathtakingly beautiful.

And without those autumn leaves falling gently to the ground, there would be no room on the trees’ branches for the new life that waits for them.

So while it can be hard to imagine the future as we cling to those parts of our lives that are hard to let go of, we have to trust that there are new possibilities and new leaves waiting for us when we finally do allow things to fall away.

This October, I invite you to release what is holding you back from the extraordinary possibilities that wait for you.

Join me to soak in the beauty of the fall in the Poconos Mountains in Lake Harmony, PA.
