My Story
Before I began my healing journey, I had a life that “checked all the boxes”…
I did what I was told I was supposed to do, yet something in me knew there was more.
Not more achievement.
More ease. More vitality. More me.
When I started working with my nervous system and my energy, everything began to shift.
My life did not just look better. It started to feel better.

Somewhere deep inside, I knew I was not following what my soul truly wanted.
I heard the whisper and kept overriding it.
I lived like this for years.
It wasn’t until the loss of my premature child and my divorce that I was forced to wake up and reexamine my life.
I went inward to find the life I was meant to live.
I tried talk therapy. It helped me understand what needed to change, but it did not create the deep shift I was looking for.
It wasn’t until I began nervous system and energy balancing work that real change moved from knowing to being.
